Hi, We live in a 3 bedroom apartment (5 1/2) and are looking for 1 more person to be our roommate from 1st May, 2026 to 31st August, 2027. It's a minute walk from metro station Charlevoix which is 8 min away from Concordia university and 11 min from McGill, Apartment is 5 min walk from Lachine canal and right next to a skate park. Super C and IGA are nearby too. We don't like to keep the utensils overnight and would expect you to clean them after eating or at the very latest at night before sleeping. Another thing, there's going to be a $550 security deposit that needs to be made which would be returned to you after the lease ends. This is to ensure that if there is any destruction to the property or furnished goods, they can deduct it from this amount. Credit check is required.
