Hello! We are two French students who are leaving Montreal, so we are looking to transfer our lease for the months of June, July, and August, with the option for you to renew it afterward. The apartment is located at 3681 Sainte-Famille Street in Montreal. It’s ideally situated at the junction of Downtown and the Plateau Mont-Royal, on a very quiet street. As for transportation, the metro is a 5-minute walk away, a bus stop is 2 minutes away, and there’s a bike-share station right in front of the building. Located on the first floor, the apartment is well-laid-out. It features two very large, enclosed bedrooms offering plenty of space, a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The building’s biggest perk is access to a shared terrace furnished with an outdoor sofa, perfect for enjoying the Montreal summer. The rent is $1,890 CAD per month. Heating, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, but electricity and gas are at your expense. A shared laundry room is located in the building, equipped with several washers and dryers. The apartment is rented with basic furniture, but we have purchased additional items ourselves (dishes, sheets and comforters, as well as some appliances). Since we do not wish to keep them, we are very open to the idea of selling you this entire “package” at a good price, which could greatly simplify your move-in process.
