2 bedroom 2 bathroom near McGill - Free month

Hey everyone! I’m moving to Toronto as my work is relocating me. I’m looking to transfer my lease. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1023 SqFt apartment on Doctor Penfield next to the green line (peel station). Ideally we transfer the lease for June 1st but I’m flexible if we were to make it work. The rent is going to be $2548. As a bonus, I’m willing to cover the first month rent for the lease transfer. Also, water, electricity, heating and AC is included in the rent. The apartment is incredible spacious. Thank you!
